flyball is a part of governor. because of rotation of shaft
the centrifugal force is developed , which causes the
outwards or inward movement of ball.then it creates upward
or bownward movement of lever & controls of fuel.

i think mechanical fly ball use in governor this ball rise or down by the centrifugal force due to engine rotation.and ctrl the fuel supply
