System earthing is how your system neutral is connected to earth. if neutral is not provided then derived neutral is used.
solidly earthed, neutral grounding resistor , inductor, neutral grounding transformer are some ways of system earthing

why in India it is maintained for exactly 50HZ frequency, why it is not that 49Hz,why it is so?
