the private resion is field it show the error failing public
resio is failed it show the error faield

failing means if there is a bad sectors on disk , the I/O
will be fail. but there is no data loss. for example in
veritas if vxiod write option failes then it it shift the
private region to public region
failed means disk is totally failed to I/O operations. in
this case vxiod transfer the failed info to the vxrelocd.
vxrelocd uses the hot spare disk or wait for disk
replacement by the admin.

if storage contain 500 disks in this one disk is failed,we placed new disk in failed disk place,how can we find out exact path of the newly installed disk when we execute format command?
