i completed my MCA in the year 2008, but to recession i
didnot get any s/w job. so want to turn to bpo's now. so,
if in bpo's if they ask like this " being an MCA post
graduate why u r turning out to this bpo's instead of s/w
jobs" please answer this question with detailed! please
help me out!

I did MCA so that I can earn money quickly, and can groom too. Well I can get these with much ease and entertainment by working in BPO. I am surely going to groom a lot by working with people like you who believes in equanimity.

Hey there,
Good to know that you've complted MCA.
And let me inform you that most of the BPO's do not hire
MCA graduates and B.tech's
It would be better if you keep your fore alive and try
getting into the S\W industry as the resission no more
exsists and companies have started hiring people again
