While looking for a job we should think for a kind of work
we are going to perform, i.e. we should enjoy our work (Job
satisfaction), if we do not enjoy our work we will never be
satisfied with our work.

Professionalism shuld be the key factor while looking for
job. we get an idea of that by looking at company's
website.

High perks, medical insurance, other benefits.

ofcourse monetary value is always considered.
