this is due to the form factor=avg value/max value

The Form factor = Average Value/RMS Value being 1.11
hence which is multiple of 11 , hence 11, 22,33,66,132,220
kV . In fgenerating stations we get o/p voltage of 6.6 kV
which is Stepped Up to 11 kV.
