If I am an employee if this Airways.

I will keep on thinking new ways to serve the Customers
effectively in an friendly manner such that Customers feel
as much comfortable as they do in their house

foe Ex:

making the Plane crew greeting with smile & wishing while
passengers getting on plane and same while leaving.

Server in an friendly manner, etc

Any how they might be implemented by most of the Airlines
except few which I don't want to disclose.
