Its depends on the cable manufacturer and type of cable
(XLPE/PVC), type of conductor(AL/CU), system
(underground/overhead) etc. Also you have to consider
derating factors like temperature,gap betwwen cables,
distance between cable trays etc(thease details are
provided in the catalogue).
Also the manufacturer provided mv/amp/km details from that
you can calculate the voltage drop. As per standard the
drop at receiving end should be +/- 3% of sending end
voltage.

But it is not engineering to run 110kw motor run to DOL
Starter It IS VERY HIGH LOAD & LONG DISTANCE higher losses
