DUE TO MORE LOADING OF GENERATOR WE INCREASE THE STEAM INPUT
OF TURBINE WHICH INCREASES THE REAL POWER AS WELL AS VOLTAGE
OF THE SUPPLY,TO LIMIT THIS VOLTAGE WE REDUCE THE EXCITATION
OF ROTOR,TO DO THIS JOB AVR IS USED.

In secondary transmission i.e., in distribution side, supply for homes are connected through different phases in order to balance the 3 phase load. But in practical we saw nearby house doesn't have power due to single phasing. But other two phases give supply. How it's possible? it doesn't make "single phasing"?
