Qualtiy Assurance is the process in which each role is
monitored and guided in such away that each and every task
accomplished by him as per the guidelines defined by the
Quality Standards

Quality Control is the process in which inspections and
audits are conducted in order to segregate the bad process
from the good one in order to obtain the Quality

Quality control is an iterative method of comparing the
product to requirements and taking action if there is a
difference.
Quality assurance supports quality control by providing
evidence and confidence of the ability of the software
process to produce a software product that meets specified
requirements.

Quality control activities are focused on the deliverable
itself.
Quality assurance activities are focused on the process
used to create the deliverable.

QA: - Prevent the Bugs in any project / Product

QC: - Curing the Bugs in any project / Product
