Quality Assurance would develop a quality plan based on
customer requirements and the Quality Analyst would monitor
and ensure that all requirements of the quality plan are met
by the product during manufacturing.
Quality Assurance is a prevention process aims to predict
and prevent the error before it's occurrence While Quality

A Software Quality Analyst is responsible for applying the
principles and practices of software quality assurance
throughout the software development life cycle.
The role of a software quality analyst is often confused
with the software testing role. Most software companies
designate software testing as software quality assurance,
whereas these roles are different.[1] Software Testing is
product oriented, Software Quality Assurance is process
oriented.
Roles in Software Quality Assurance are designated as
Software Quality Assurance Engineer / Software Quality
Analyst / Process Consultant.
Some of the tasks of Software quality analysts are:
* Participate in QMS management review meetings.
* Approves the QMS documents for which QA manager is the
main author.
* Undertake internal quality audits.
* Plan and conduct quality audits of subcontractors.
* Maintain and update training and audit databases to
provide reports / indicators for discussion during QMS
management review meetings
