Quality assurance is a planned and systamatic set of activities,neccessary to provide adequate confidence,that products and services will conform to specified requirements,and meets the user needs and expectation.
Quality Control:
Quality control is a process by which software product is compared with application standards,and the action taken when a nonconformance is identified.
