You can either request your previous employer to provide you
experience certificate or you can refer the same to your new
employer and give refernce detail of your previous employer.

If you were working for a reputed company, company would
have given you salary slip. Collect all these slip for
providing proof of your working period. Companies credit
salary in bank account, take bank statement for the period
as your proof.

I had my BOB interview today @ bangalore. The panel consists of 4 members. It was a very cool interview.
