First of all I would like to reassure myself that three
things referred here must be Resistance, Capacitance &
inductance (instead of reactance).
Now if we refer transmission lines chapters we will find
that power is transmitted via conductors which have their
self resistace and inductance. also a charged conductor
with respect to ground can be formulated as a capacitor.
Hence capacitance.
With this it concludes that all three are present in line
and hence they all are present in power transmission.

my dear freinds this question is answered in almost every
power system book , and i am amazed that after so many days
of posting this question is stil awaiting a correct
response. my freinds if there is no reactance in the lines
then there can be no transmission of electrical power .

if we use resistance means there is power loss occur and so
for boosting purpose we use capacitance
