ohms law stats that at the room temperature current flowing through the conductor is directly proportional to the voltage drop. V=I*R here R is proportionality constant hence from here we can say ohm's law can be applicable for both a.c & d.c

it can be applicable to both ac and dc but our element must be linear and temp. should be constant

Because in ohm's law current is directly proportional to voltage provided the resistance remain constant.In simple words , it means that voltage and current are linearly related. If one decreases or increases by a certain percentage, the other also decreases.

yesterday i am using my laptop by plugging power supply also battery was working properly after while i unplugged AC power source ,using my battery i played car game (use much power) after that the battery finished the charge and it closed my PC. after that my battery not charge (when unplug automatically PC will turn off)
can we ran equipment up to 10kw between phase to grounding/ earthing. beside above can we use grounding instead of neutral. .
