Well BPO stands for Business Process Outsourcing.It mostly deals with the Clients who runs the business processes.Such as credit card selling,saving or current account opening,documents verifications,educational guidance,carrier guidance,insurances,.et cetera.So for all this processes to be run a client needs the huge quantity of staffs who can provide a good quality work.So they hire them to work in their organisations.....OK guys this was my small try to let some new people know that what is BPO actually.Thank You...

Do you have exposure to Quartile management ? E.g. How will you manage an advisor who is on the bottom quartile for 3 months consecutively ?
HR: If you get a Opportunity to go with a reputed company which is ready to pay more than what we r going to pay here. Will you quite the job from here or what? This is the common question used to ask by every HR. Obviously everyone will has to say YES but unfortunately for the hell shake we to need to say NO so give me a correct and positive answer.
