The top one is the earthing conductor. It is used to
protect the lines from the "LIGHTINGS".

The wire provided at top of the tower to tower is a ground
wire.it is used for protection against LIGHTNING STROKE. &
it is grounded at regular interval of tower.

we have 3*1 MW generator one NGR is common for all it will be selected during paralle our problem is two generator ca be paralled but when slecting third one we need to close NGR selection on third one other wise voltage not matching why?
