I have always desired to significantly boost my professional career as well as increasing my earning potentials, which is why I want to specialize by acquiring a masters degree in entertainment law in the US where i will garner world class knowledge in a country that is mostly referred to as the entertainment capital of the world. This will no doubt help me to maximize my potentials in the legal profession upon return to my country as well as understand the intricacies of the entertainment world. However, going to the US requires that I obtain an F1 visa, hence my reason for being here today and granting me this visa will be a sure step towards making my aspirations to become a golden reality.

I am planning to do my higher studies in Fall 2010. I am getting married in June 2010 and I want to do my higher studies in F1 visa. My queries are as follows: Is it true that we cannot pursue higher studies in H4 visa for atleast an year? In what way does the marital status affect my chances of getting F1 visa? If I am rejected F1 visa, can I re-apply for H4 visa, and if so, is there a minimun time gap that should be given before reapplying for H4 visa? Thanks in advance.

1.i applied to only one universtity,i got my admisssion when i say this to visa officer,when VO asks me, will it make appear in good sense, because i have only 65% in UG and low TOEFL score? PLS give me your suggestion

Hi, I am Nakkul chowdary i completed my 10th 2000 and intermediate in 2002 with 56% in 10th and 61% in intermediate and my b.tech in information technology from 2002 to 2009 due with many back logs as many as 50 and with 53%. Hello Fellas, I am about to see my interview in few days. My university expense is about 14000$ for one year.Its a 2 year course so that leads to a total to 28000$. For that we have about 1200000Rs in bank account(arnd 26500 $) other then this an investment proof of 2Lacs (4000$)+ 9 Lacs of gold(20000 $)+ 8-9 Lacs(18-20 K$) in my father's pf acct. On income side parents have well over 8 lacs rs((18000$) per year income. On fixed asset site a house worth: 12000000 Rs(250000$)+ a office worth 40000$ first please guide me will it be sufficient? Secondly in what way I can show my gold?Means is it self attested? Plz guide me. Regards & Thanks,
