Never lie to the VO..they can asily extract our info in no time..If u found guilty u may never get a visa again to US

What are your plans after graduation?
I got 3 rejection on NYIT for MS in COmputer science. I was working as a recruiter in reliance HR service Ltd & now i ll go in december but i have change my Uni as well as course this time i ll go 4 bridgeport & my course is MS in technology mgmt. so when visa officer ask me y u have change ur course that time how can i represent my work exp & my course MS in Tech Mgmt. Hi Everyone, I discontinued my education in UK as my dad passed away recently. My visa to uk is still valid. I was just curious if this ,by any chance, considered a negative point to the VO?

My student visa was rejected on 24th june.It was due to immigration file.VO thinks that i will not come back to india.I am going for bachelor's degree at pennstate under collaboration program.So if pennstate write a letter to US consulate regarding me that they are taking responsibility of me that i will return to india after my graduation.So what are my chances for visa?
I got f1 visa rejected in dec'10, at t5hat time i did not mentioned my immediate uncles's name in Ds160 form who lives in US and has a citizenship.Now i am applying 2nd time. Do i have to mention his name although in first interview i told visa officer i do not have immediate relative in US? Is this the reason of my rejection? I am confused!!! please answer!!!!

I am flo from france and I am currently studying in London. I have the opportunity of taking a design course over the summer at an american university so I need a visa F1. The university pays their student to study for the summer as they are doing a project in partnership with companies. Am I able to be paid by the uni with a VISA F1?
