becouse I want to study there and i had taken admission and
i paid fee to the university.I thing that where i had taken
admission is the best univeristy for me to study there
inhance my knowledge for my bright future.

i lceared my high school in 2009-10 session then in december 2009 i aplies for f-1 visa of US n i was rejected,my score in toefl was 77 at dat tym.....den i applied again n was rejected. den i took my tym gave TOEFL again n updated my score to 85 n dis tym round i have also taken SAT test my result is pendind till 20th may. n dis tym i have applied to d same university n i got 50%scholarship as well....but i m really very nervous on giving my visa interview 3rd tym dont know wat will happen.....plz help me wid dis.....wat que. would dey ask me dis tym....n wat changes should i bring????plz help me
hello everyone I have a question which is making me tense as I have visa interview in next 2 days.I am a current student from virginia international university with F-1 visa.Due to some reasons I am going to attend visa again before it got expired.Unfortunately I couldn't drop my documents because i have transferred my university.Now,as I have interview in 2 days I am worried about this question.I will be thankful if anyone could suggest any conveniencing aswers for this question. sir i got admission at us university in MBA health care managemnt. i donot have toefl scores. even then i got admission from that university(viu). do the visa officer asks me about my scores. toefl and gre scores are not requite to that university. is this a problem at the us consulate. please give me suggestions.
Last time On 21st July i was rejected bcz of this Q : Why do u Want to go For again bech.....In Real I have completed Bca and I applied For Computer science as a Transfer Student bcz i applied b4 my ty completion and i done WES report of bca fy n sy..so i got merit credit n 3000$ scholarship from SEMO university which is listed in my I20..My consultant suggest me for CS course..bcz i have not given Gmat or gre...I got 5.5 BANDS in IELTS....so wat i have to tell to officer if again Q will arise...How can i convince them?
I am planning to do my higher studies in Fall 2010. I am getting married in June 2010 and I want to do my higher studies in F1 visa. My queries are as follows: Is it true that we cannot pursue higher studies in H4 visa for atleast an year? In what way does the marital status affect my chances of getting F1 visa? If I am rejected F1 visa, can I re-apply for H4 visa, and if so, is there a minimun time gap that should be given before reapplying for H4 visa? Thanks in advance.

Hi all, my F-1 visa request was rejected two years ago (December 2008) and now I will try for the second and last time on January 7,2011. Previously my brother, who lives in the U.S.A, was my sponsor but this time I'm self sponsored and changed my university. Last time the VO said "You are going to work with your brother" and rejected my visa. So the possible questions for my visa will be as follows and please give me some possible answers. Thank you!
