hi Prashanth,
I still everyday watch this site to know
whether anybody has given any inforamation about Scheme B.
I think as per sapana jain, there may be 2500 vacancies in
Scheme B.Sapana was almost right for Scheme A so we can say
that she might be right for Scheme B.
Be hopeful and prepare for the forthcoming
exams. I was also weeping like a child when i saw that i
was not recommended by SSC in Scheme A. As i told you that
i was expecting minimum 440 in scheme A and when i read on
this site that result was out on last friday and cut off is
423 for Central Excise, i was sure that i am selected
but ......................................................
It happens. Life is like a pendulum and good days will come
surely. If something doesn't go according to your desire,
think that it is god's desire and god never does wrong with
us.

hello frends
i am dharmendra Kumar
and i have been selected for the post of Inspector of
Central Excise in CGL 2006.
I have been also selected in BOI, Corporation bank, Dena
Bank as PO but i am little bit confused about which service
to join? One hand it's Central Gov Job and on the other
hand Bank officer job....
Plz anybody who cud help me sought out this confusion and
come with proper solution.
Also let me know how much salary a Inspector of Central
Excise get in Hand? promotion criterion, and facilities
keeping in view the salary of Bank PO.

i have phoned to SSC H.Q. on thursday, they
told me that result for Scheme B will be declared in the
next week. They told that they have no idea about the
vacancies.

The prescribed physical test of chest 81 cm and minimum 5cm
