Dear Ravi, I have given only SSC CGL exam. So I can tell you
about that exam only.

I rear R.S.Agarawal for maths and at the time of Exam I
referred Upkar,s guide for the exam. But I think Kiran
publisher,s books are good too.

So you can choose any book you like. R.S.Aggarwal is the
book that covers each and every type of question related to
quantitative aptitude. So if you can do that, that is the
best. Regarding GK I found that Lucent's book is good.

Friends, if there is any other book, then please share about
it so that people like Ravi may have some benefit.

Asstt. because there are only 97 posts in incom tax dept.

The number of vacancies are nearly 1700. I have heard from
a number of candidates at the time of interview. I am not
discouraging anyone.

are dost mera kehne ka sirf itna matlab hai let pichhli
baar 2000 selection hui to un 2000 candidate ne 2006 ka
written bhi diya hoga kyoki tab tak unka result nahi aaya
hua tha.and most probably 1500 ne written clear kiya hoga
agar hum ek dum conservative soche or jo situation tumne
