there must be some logic in suggesting the cut offs
490 is very far away from being the cut off.....
Logical thing is that the Cut off will remain between 380-400 for Inspectors and 420-430 for asstt.
Kisi ke yeh kehne se ki pichli baar cut off 470 gayi thi kuch nahi hota
pichli baar to 6500 candidates available they 270 ki cut off mein aur Inspector and Asstt ki cut off same thi.......but is baar only 1354 candidates hain 353 ki cut off mein.....

Therefore it is requested to give some logical facts rather than fictions.......

dosto we all are discussing about the cgl -08 and we have
different calculations. In fact mangalam is saying right
that the result has already been prepared, we only can hope
for our positive result. The dream of many of us is going
to be true in the coming week. But at this postal we
shared our experiences about the exam. we also know the
law of survival of the fitest. who had performed best in
the main exam and intervies is deserve the final
selection.but in the last i would like to say that the
final cutt off for all cats. will go sharply down. the
main reason for this is maths paper. i have gone through
the result of 2005-06 and the main reason for the high cut-
off was the easy maths during 2005 & 06. So I Hope for the
selection of all the aspirants who have participated on
this postal, thanks all of you & best of luck.

Friends, Mai Mangalam ki is baat se agree hoon ki is baar
cut-off upar jayega par is baat se nahi ki uske paas cut-
off ke baare me koi internal information hai. Ye matter
SSC kafi secret rakhta hoga.

Agar ham cut-off decide karen to ye kah pana easy nahi hai
ki most candidates ka 353 se kam score hai galat hoga.
Dekha aisa gaya hai ki final cut-off kafi upar jata hai.

Friends, ye kehna ki Inspector me candidates ka socre less
than 353 hai to galat hoga. Asstt aur Inspector ke liye
alag-alag papers hoten hai. Aisa bhi hota hai ki kisi ek
paper kharab hone se inspector ya asstt me selection na ho.

my one of friend says that income tax inspector ki vacancies
bada kar approx 1200 kar di gayi hain and now there are
around 3400(2400(includes approx.180 I.T inspector)+1000I.T
inspector)vacancies for inspector. Is this information is
correct? If anyone have some confirm information abt it plz
