my strength is to be positive in attitude. i can possess
myself to be a humble person if i think in a positive way.
And if one is optmistic then he can achieve anything with
self satisfaction. BY THINKING optimistic, we can have a
respectable position amongst the people around us.

BPO is a people's industry. Whatever you say or do ( your
action and words) influences others, especially if you are
in the supervisory role and above. Positive attitude is
decisive to a team's success. there will be ups and downs,
but always looking at the benefits and accepting the fact
of the areas of development, and doing whatever it takes to
minimize or eredicate it, without compromising on morals.

done,i.e.,simply showing the impossible as i am
possible.The negative fear of heart and mind should be
