transmitting through 66kv is better than 33kv because losses
in 66kv is less as compare to 33kv line.

As losses are inversly proportional to square of 'v'.
therefore 66kv could be a better option, but as the line is
a short transmission line, cost factor would come into
picture, hence accomodating everything 33kv is the most
fitting.

1.as voltage of line is increased current is decreased.so
the copper losses associated wth current r reduced.but iron
losses dependent on voltage r increased.as the supply
voltage is constant so r the iron losses.but copper losses
vary wth load(load current)bcz current is less we cn say
that overall losses i.e. cu nd iron losses r reduced.
2.as nw supply votlage is increased size of current
carrying conductor reduces as current is low so less area
required for power dissipation.
3.as losses r less so higher is the effiency of line so is
the power transmission capability.

if there is short trasmission line it has negligible
inductive losses. there4 v prefer 33kv trasmission for this
load & order to save capital cost of the system.

7mw load is huge load.to travel 34km it is come under
medium transmisson line.so it is necessary to reduce the
losses. if the voltage is high current becomes less.so
copper losses are reduced.so 66kv transmission is preffered.

You have to find break-even cost for capital expenditure and running expenditure for both 33 and 66 kv system. Optimise the load at which 66 kv system survives the capital cost. It's simple
