im going for the first time H1b visa stamping at chennai
consulate on 30thseptember.i was employed in a major IT
company till 8thseptember2008.since i had to give 2months
prior notice to the HR dept of the company,and my US
company need me there by october 1st,i resigned my present
job(india company).will the unemployment part cause any
issue at the time of interview.Is it mandatory that i must
be employed at the time of interview?please reply.

Hi, I have done 3 years diploma in electronics ( 1998-2000) but I completed my diploma in 2005. I started working from 2000 itself ; so I am having total 10+ year experience in IT field. When did US company founded?
I have got the approval on my H1B visa from a US company in 2010, and currently my Indian company is filing L1B petition. I didn't attend the H1B visa until now. What could be the H1B status, even after I receive my L1B visa. Will have H1B petition valid, and so I can go for interview whenever I wish ? Please let me know ASAP.

Hi guys, I am going for H1B visa interview, I am not having employers tax returns document, it is neccesary for stamping process? how to handle the consulate people without that document, Plz give me valuable answer.
