I am a BCom Graduate from Bangalore University, passed outin
the year 2000. I have had arrears in my subjects while
studying right from 1st, 2nd & 3rd year and few subjects a
single digit marks. Now I have around 11years of IT
experience as IT Manager. Apparently, I have a chance to go
to the USA on H1B Visa(yet to get the letter in hand). Now
my question is will the US consulate reject my stamping just
because I have failed mark sheets though I got it cleared
later? Can someone answer?? Thanks

What would be your Role in the Project in the Company (US)?
My H1b petition got approved in July 2008.So far I havn't gone for the Consulate Interview.My employer is asking me to attend in March.Is it right time to go to Consulate Interview in March sometime, looking at the recession? I went for an interview for H-1b visa stamping the visa officer was not satisfied with the doc and asked me to get list of employees, their sal, position and income tax papers. After a week I went back with all those doc, agin she has asked me to get unemploymentwagereport.My company is not ready to give to the report? Is there any other way to get visa stamping done... as I might loose my job .....Is there any other alternate paper that could help me with that....????Plzzzz help me if anyone knows abt it.

I am not holding any US visa right now.I am applying for H1 B visa this year i e 2008.I am getting married in the month of July.If My H1B visa does not get approve then will it affect to get H4 visa later in the month of July?
WHO CONDUCTED THE TECHNICAL INTERVIEW?
Hi,My husband is approved for H1B visa and he needed to book for interview on September to go in October. He was once rejected B1 visa on March same year but we lost the paper and do not exactly remeber the reason of rejection but we know that it was because there was no enough ties for him in the UK and they were doubtful about if he would come back or not. If we cannot provide them the right reason, will they reject our visa. We have only got the papers which say that his H1B visa is approved.Please reply. Tina
