I would say the practical solution...
First, to communicate well with her you need to know her
way of communication...Its probably Braile, which is used
by the blind to read....
Learn Braile to some extent....
then as she is an illiterate, spend some time to educate
her in the Braile form of reading....this is because you
will need some way of communication not only to propose
your love to her, but also in your love and marriage
life...to this some way of communication is needed. So
teach her the Braile...Thus after making her literate and
also glued with her more, propose your love through the
same Braile form. As you may be the first person who took
this much time and effort to propose your love to her, she
will definitely accept it.
