I'll burn one candle from both side so it will full burned
in half hour than another which will burned completely in
one hour

One do not burn candles unless a need, and a need does not measure any time, this is from HR perspective. Few questions need answers of human basic needs and use of it meaning fully. The product worth doubles then.After all it is of protecting the match box.
