while hot steam flows after that most of that has to
condense properly and its total heat energy must utilised
efficiently but practically it is difficult. so maximum
loss of efficiency occurs inside the condenser.

a treated water to compensate that loss we have to burn more
fuel in furnace so that our plant efficiency would lost .
