It is shown in the assets side of the balance sheet.

Arual interest is one types of interest which is receivable
but till the last date of financial year we have not
received so like a prepaid exp. we show in balance sheet at
the side of Assets
just for example if we have any outstanding exp. during the
end of year and if we have not paid to that then we show to
that in libalites for next year

ACCRUAL INTREST IS THE INTREST WHICH IS EARNED BUT NOT YET
DUE. FOR EXAMPLE INTREST ON INVESTMENT ,WE GET ON LUMP SUMP
BUT IT IS ACCRUED EVRYDAY BT DUE ONLY AT END OF THE
MONTH,QUATERLY, HALF YEARLY OR YEARLY
IT SHOULD BE SHOWN IN THE ASSET SIDE OF BALANCE SHEET.
