Cluster is a package/software and clustering is a concept
in solaris.let me tell u simple words, if u have 2 sun
servers, u can install the cluster software in both the sun
servers and cluster the nodes... then after installing the
cluster and configuring it , u can install applications
like seibel, sap ,java, oracle in both the servers , and
incase if one node is down while accessing the
application , the other will activate automatically, with
less then 5 seconds downtime.
