When the System Requirement Specification does not meet the
clients requirements, it should be intimated to the PL( who
prepares the SRS and should be documented in the Test log &
analysis of data which should be discussed in the
Management Review Meeting.
The action is the SRS should undergo a revision thereby
updating SRS to match with CRS

no as a tester iam not concerned regarding this as iam not
that experienced to review an srs document as iam teser i
will try to get what is there in the srs document and fallow
the same in my test scenarios and test cases. as every thing
is defined by the specified pppl in the org to take care

First you should be able to put(discuss) the issue in your
team meeting and be able to convince your team as well as
your lead then if you are successful then you can put a mail
to your manager. cc your LEAD and team..so that they all are
informed about the r updates..
because you must act as a team.. not as an individual.

dear padma first think that if u what all the documents are
provided for a tester to create test cases for testing is
the brs document is avialble for u as in some like our org
the srs document si provided only the bussiness
requirements are given through knpwledge sharing by the BA
on the first week or ten days training secssion. then srs or
use case document is provided later the we prepare the test
cases with test scenarios provided bty ther test lead or
some times we have to prepare both
after that this reviewed by the test laed with pm or tm if
there
and these test cases are aproved to test soi there is no
chance of reviewing the srs document with the brs document
byt a tester it is not there
so for every documet there is proper procedure
first learn the procedure. r u will bew far from the real
time as no company allows u to do these as these are said to
be gap analasis whish is done some one else other than
tester even a test lead is not responsible
first learn the sdlc properly before answereing this

if i get any doubts in the frs i will prepare a review
report that is my doubts of that customer reuirements,to
the business analyst who prepare the frs/srs. my action in
this is testing the srs. if any doubts in that prepare the
review report regarding the dubts i raised. thats it i think
