I have applied for J1 visa 3 years back and it got rejected
Reason: No sufficient evidence of coming back(Strange but
true). This year my application for H1B is accepted
interview will be in sept oct, will the interviewer ask
about my J1 refusal?

Dear applicant,
Many of the candidates might have suffered from the same problem as you. As the decision to provide visa or not, mainly depends on the visa interview officer, no one can guarantee it. They might might have refused because of some policies of immigration act of usa at that time. But the good news for you is sources from Department of Homeland Security & immigrations have stated that now it would be easier for the applicants of H1b and other working visa like J1 and J2. Because the same is now planning to minimize the flow of old citizen who would have filed for immigration, they no longer beneficial for the US Government because the are least helpful the government but enjoys the citizenship rights. Applicants of work visa will be benefited the most. This is the right opportunity for the young applicants who have a strong desire to work in states.

I have done MCA in 2004,has been into IT and ITES for past 3 years.I worked as Team Lead for .net,j2ee programmers.I didnt went in that way,since i was not into programming .net or j2ee.Hence I have done ABAP recently.Iam now looking for ABAP openings.During a process, I came to know about H1B jobs.Some consultancies in hyd,chennai does process h1b.They take fee of more than 1L and they bring the documents that we have been selected to their onsite company in usa.We go to consulate and get stamped.Once we reach usa,they market our resume again to get the right job.Once we get the job,we pay them % monthly.The 1L which we pay initial is refunded.What do you think about this process?Can anyone suggest whether I can go for that or not?Please provide your valuable inputs. Hello All, Recently my brother had interview @mumbai consulate although he got H1petion in CHENNAI.unfortunately he had applied fake experience letter from mumbai company.I think they VFS had verified it. On the day of the interview the consulate got him fake and made him write that it was a fake experience letter and gave this statement"WE WILL PROCESS YOUR WITHDRAWAL REQUEST". luckily they left him with passpot as he is higly qualified,nothing is mentioned in passport. Now my question is: 1. can he apply in future for USA again. 2.I heard that he cannot apply in his LIFE TIME, how far it is TRUE"-- Appreciate your Kindly HELP Advice: If you apply make sure some or other answer your call.
I have got my H1B stamped at delhi in Oct 2008 from company X. Due to currect market situation company X has not sent me to USA. Now i resigned from company X and joined company Y. Please let me know if its possible to transfer the H1B visa on company Y.
