Hi,
Can anyone tell me about the H1B 2009 quota selection
result. Have any of you received the selection receipt, if
so till what time this will come. If rejected do they send
back the petition filed immediately or it will take longer.
And what is the duration to know whether you got selected
for H1B.
Guys any one Pl.throw some light on this.

I got selected last april and i just received a call
yesterday from my lawyer telling me that my application was
approved. i am just awaiting the approval notice that the
INS sent me.

hi i m dipesh and i got my h1 b approval....
sometimes the status shows u its pending but its already
been approved so please contact yr employer he might have
got some updates coz in my case it happend that i saw my
case pending but on the other hand my case was approved

got the information after 2months of submitting of

Hi, I am going to attend H1B interview in the mid of june 2014.I am not apply for H4 dependednt visa. But My spouse is in USA with B1 visa, she will be back shortly. what can i say about my wife if the officer asked any question ( dou you have any immediate realtion in USA .. like)? Kindly help me.
I went for an interview for H-1b visa stamping the visa officer was not satisfied with the doc and asked me to get list of employees, their sal, position and income tax papers. After a week I went back with all those doc, agin she has asked me to get unemploymentwagereport.My company is not ready to give to the report? Hi, My company has initiated H1b for me...am not sure, on my appliaction. This is because: 1. An from non IT background[Mech engg] & have only 2.3 years of IT exp 2. I did my Engg after my diploma in mechanical. Guidelines says it should be [10+2+4]...But i have [10+3+3].. Please answer this...Am very confused...

Hi, My petition for H1B has been approved. There is a problem though. In my passport my name has been mentioned as VATSA TANGA. But in all my certificates and educational documents my name is mentioned as SRI VATSA TANGA. On asking the person responsible for visa process in my company, he said that I should not go for a change in the passport name, because the petition was approved on the basis of the name mentioned in the passport ie.VATSA TANGA. Please tell me what should I do now. Should I get a document from a notary saying that VATSA TANGA and SRI VATSA TANGA is the same person? Please suggest.
