Hi, I have 5 years work experience ( 2yrs in marketing and 3 yrs in BPO-technical support) and have been to California (currently holding B1 multiple entry visa for 10 years). Qualification: B.com (Computer's) Now I am planning to apply H1 visa. Looking for Desktop or Laptop technician job and hunting for sponsor. 1)Would I be eligible to apply for H1 visa? 2)Will US companies consider my BPO experience? 3)Shall I visit US again then look for the job and then come back to India then file H1 application? Please advise?
I had my H1-B visa interview today (29th October 2009), my interview went well however i was sent back with my passport and 221g form saying my title did not show up in their system and as soon as it does i have to submit my passport to get my visa stamped. Has anyone come a/c with this kind of issue??
My H1b petition got approved in July 2008.So far I havn't gone for the Consulate Interview.My employer is asking me to attend in March.Is it right time to go to Consulate Interview in March sometime, looking at the recession? Hi I am Ganapathy, My H1B got approved through my company. I am also planning to apply H4 for my wife & my kids. My problem is that i do not have the marriage certificate, but I got an affidavit done with notary on my marriage. My wife passport also carries my name Will this be sufficient for the interview please suggest
