colleague for testing and say them to find bug means cross
checking to your buddy

Buddy testing is nothing but cross checking of the test
cases written by you(Author) by your colleague(Reviewer) in
order find out bugs in it.if he come across any bugs he
will write comments then you have to fix it.finally once
all the bugs are fixed test lead will approve your test
cases.
Buddy testing is also called as peer/pear review
