If generator is running in ISOC mode (opposed to base
loading) and the grid connection is lost the generator will
try to pick up the load on the connected network. If the
load is too big then the generator will trip. If the load
isn't the generator will continue to run as before. ISOC
mode means that the generator is running in its own
frequency control, so if it looses the grid frequency it
can still run based on its own frequency.
If the generator was running in base load and the breaker
trips the generator will have no frequency reference.
Usually they are configured to change themselves back into
isoc when grid reference is lost but you should check if
unsure.

depending with load supplied, the generator will continue
running if it can sustain the load, but it will trip
immediately if the load is to big for it

Generator can not run in Iso Syn mode while running
parralel with Grid.
If it is runnin parallel with grig in Iso Syn mode it will
trip in Overload or reverse power.Because in iso mode
Generator run at constant frequency and grid frequency vary
so it may overload or trip on reverse power.
