One of my friend completed SAP certified class worth 3.5 Lakhs
Bt after he didnt got job as he was fresher afterward someone told him go with exp profile and amazingly He got job in Hyderabad as SAP consultant in manufacturing industry having 7.2 lakh package

My answer is if at all, if the person could not get the job in the campus, then he will beprived off job and trying for other jobs. Is it right. If at all person is having stuff and can have the capability, he will succeed else he will be sacked. Nobody waste his money with waste candidate as it is purely business with brain. The person having brain should survive lest works in other jobs.

faking is not 100 percent justified but if you r having gap,u have to put experience to get into IT comp.Sometimes fake companies that handles background check at present may become blacklisted in future.So. u have to be careful while switching ur job.But after getting into a company,work hard, bring revenue to the company bcoz revenue brought by a single professional is sufficient to maintain the salary of 5 employees(both fake and real timers ) who use to be in free pool for years without a project.By making fake experience ,U r taking away job from other experienced ppl,not from freshers.

if fake person can have capability to do the tasks given by the team lead or superior, then he deserves that post. rest of the things are unnecessary.

You guys smelling alot... See one thing i realized is "Get
job and work for that weather fake or real or fresher"
there are 2 points to be cleared here
1) We putting fake experience not to get big package
2) Due to problem facing daily expenses and rest of things
we do... We are better than 5-6 years experienced ok... i'm
here to small discussion
