Well i think there is some mistake in question, it should
be error seeding,
Error seeding is the process of inserting bugs in the build
intentionally to measure the effectiveness of created test
cases and ability of testing team.

or software intentionally by developer to make sure the
test covered by tester is 100% and to test the tester
ability in finding bugs.
