Yes we can customize Business Objects Infoview settings
from the OPTION available on the first page of it.There we
have options to set default skin,language,default page...etc

I am trying to save the XI report to CSV format. the csv file not displaying columns in order. all the columns are misplaced. the report size is 12MB Can any one tell me why the columns are incorrect position when XI report converted into CSV format?

hi,in crystal report xI after select stantderd report Data window appear when ever i click Repository folder it ask me system/user name and p/w and when ever i put my info it says:Tranport falier :comunication error,can any body tell me what to do i already reinstall this s/w 3 times(every thing is working with same user name and p/w like xcelsois,webi,deski,desinger,cmc u name it..thanks
