Doing a course in Oracle University is good and I know the
cost involved
is huge as I too did the course there about 5 months back.
I was working in finance and was an end user of Oracle Apps
for 3 yrs in
a MNC and developed an interest in Oracle apps, took up a
training
course at Oracle University and now am a functional
consultant in
financials. In the course of looking out for a job, I
observed one
thing, knowledge of the subject is very important. I
attended a lot
of interviews for about a month and no one asked me as to
which place I
did the course. So it really does not matter as to where
you do your
training.
But one thing I can assure you, the Oracle University
course material is
too good.
