For OCA There are two exams then u get OCA Certification
The fee for one exam is 5000
For OCP there are 4 3 exams then u get OCP certification
The fee for one exam is 6000

Fee changes time to time...
If you are writting the exam in the oracle testing center
they have discounts( you can check in the above link).

But the disadvantage here is you have to pay the amount in
the form of DD(in india) and you have to attend the exam in
the specified dates only.
In prometric center(eg NIIT) , you can pay the amount in
any form and you can choose the date you want.

basically for OCA 2 exams to be passed, exam fee would be
3983 only if u take dd in favour of oracle india private
limited payable at bangalore and
staight away submit the DD to ACROPOLISH, oracle at
mylapore near woodlands hotel.

no need to spend 5000 in NIIT.

because it completed 3 exams without touch with NIIT,
