my name is sanjay i did my graduation bsc in 1998 i have in
pharma marketing field from past 7 years & now i want to
join bpo ,call centre can any body plase give the
suggestions how to give answer for why ur leaving the sales
field & joining bpo? & i want to know how the oppurtunities
will be for me

Hallo Sanjay, ur answer is here that, BPO is fastest growing
industries. u have lots of opportunity to do in this field,
from marketing to manager.
n u r not leaving ur sales field tell to ur HR WHEN U R IN
INTERVIEW. , bpo is also like a sales field where u r
selling ur communications, throughout of ur talking.
BPO is a set of rule to follow. where sum country bring
their`s services. it`s like a marketing but not like door to
door. in BPO or in a CALL center u r directly in contact of
ur customer n u have to tell them howz ur product/service
better than the others.
if u have any confusion abt this answer then tell me. ok.

tell them that you are doing very well in your current
profile and here also you are confident to do good because
its the sales/customer service in at different format.
Since you are involved in front end sales you are good
talking to people. Tell them that you are a fast learner
