pharma marketing field from past 7 years & now i want to
join bpo ,call centre can any body plase give the
suggestions how to give answer for why ur leaving the sales
field & joining bpo? & i want to know how the oppurtunities
will be for me

You can also say you want to look what BPO can offer you...
tell them that you are doing very well in your current
profile and here also you are confident to do good because
its the sales/customer service in at different format.
Since you are involved in front end sales you are good
talking to people. Tell them that you are a fast learner
and would like to explore new opportunities.
