How to sale cell phone to interviewer in interview?

Ans: 1) opening: hi sir, myself Krupa,if u don't mind can i take ur some valuable time,
2) scenerio: thank u fr ur patience sir, our company launch one new Samsung mobl phone product, which have so many features and facilities more than others, I just want to tell u about this product.
3) features and facilities: this model have 5mega pixel front camera, 2mega pixel secondary camera,1gb ram,2gb internal memory as well as 32gb up to extranl memory,and it is a dual sim screen touch phone which come in differnt different colors to suit ur outfit for just rs 4000, we r selling this phone in very chip rate compare with market prize,
Facility: in this phone u can play music,FM radio,game,outgoing call,incoming call,txt msg,internet browsing this all facilities is there with gud features.4) closing: r u interested to purchase this model..if yes ,( thank u sir thank u so much) if no, ok thank u for ur patience)

im calling 4m xyz company, i hav so n so model of phone whch will hav a good grip to hold.....wit best features good mega pixel....n so n so memory.....it has different colours of covers whch will suit ur outfits.....it evn hav an option called tracker in which if ur sell or sim card gets lost u will knw whr it is n who is usin it.....
so ne more query u have.....

Me - Hi sir how you doing? ( greetings is important)
Intw - Good.

Me- what kind of phone u r looking for? (important question to know is he really a customer or not - if he say particularly a model or brand than he is potential - if he say anything else he is open option)
In - Don't know ( open option, generally interviewers say that)

Me - May I know which mobile you are using right now? ( identify need & analysis)
In - Samsung duos. ( an old model - means he use it for calling and doesn't use internet much)

Me - alright, I guess you don't use internet much?
In - yes/no (bamm - if he yes than u use smartphone features to sell as he is tech driven, - if no than you sell belongingness features, society features, security and other aspects rather than just technological features, which is kind of hard - in my case i take No)

Me - Well! if you allow me, i want you to held this phone in your hand. Now tell me how do you feel now?
Me - don't you feel more powerful, a bit of stylish and attractive.
In - yes, but i am not looking for this kind of phone.
Me - its alright sir, i am not selling you a phone i am selling you the experience. you can get calling and internet features in any phone, but I don't want you to have just a phone but a personality, you must feel rich every time you take out this phone from your pocket. and this phone right here is build to provide that.

In - ok, what are its features? or price? ( he himself ask for features & price - means you have converted a normal clients to a potential client)

After this its just piece of cake as you know how to connect features with requirements.
and close the deal.

nokia 5130 xpresmusic.i tell about this phone is that it can
play music directly in music player unlike other
phones,camera quality is good ,& at this price u cant get
any phone of such features...

you should probe the interviewer with following questions:
Why you need a sell phone? for work? for home?
in which model are you interested?
what is your budget?
then tell him some features of his answered model and then
close down the sale by saying:
Would you like us to ship it or will you be by to pick it up?
What address can we ship it to?
Can I get your credit card information?

I joined sutherland bpo on 16th september 2015 and left on 6th october 2015? Now they are asking for recovery of rs 8500. What if i don't pay the amount? I left that bpo due to work pressure. Can they take legal action against me? If i don't pay recovery amount. They did not give any salary to me, because i worked only for 20 days. And in my offer latter it is mentioned that i have to pay 1 month salary to company, if i leave the company without giving notice period of 15 days.
