Hi,

First of all be confident. "Hi, Am I speaking to "----" is
the first question. next they will ask "can I have couple
of minutes" Interviewers will ask you to "can you take me
through your proile". Be clear while answering. If you
satisfy them in answering all these they will continue with
almost simple questions.

hi! am SURESH, from Hyderabad. i completed my MCA in the year 2008, but due to recession still i didnot get any job in the IT field. So now, i need to work in order to help my fimily financially! so i thought of shifting to the Bpo's.
