I don't know when these guys attended for the interview.. But the latest rounds are as follows:
-Basic HR screening
-Essay writing
-Comprehension round
-Online exam (typing test and a bit of english grammar)
-operation manager round
These are the rounds when I attended for the interview. It may vary.... :-)
