I was working with a company and my job was customer care so there were a customer of UK and he felt that he have been charged wrongly for 4 pounds i tried everything but he did not agree on it then i told him everything and based on my skills i managed to made him understand that we have charged him fairly therefore after 1 hour and 47 minutes he hung up then after few days he sent an email for me to the management that the agent was very good and he is the best agent for me and whenever i call i need the same agent.
