Each and every power semiconductor device having a specific
range of switching frequency or operating frequency. it
depends upon manufacturing. in datasheet, i will be given.
Depends upon the input voltage, current or power and
frequency, we should choose the device.
eg., for low frequency and high power circuits, SCRs are
preferred.for low power and high frequency, IGBTs,GTOs are
preferred.

I am getting diesel genset 62 kv for my house In addition there are 6 meters of 11kv for the house Lift also being installed for house plot sise 200sq yds total 4 + 2 foloors I want to know how much earthing required how deep it should be
